Steps to reproduce the bug: Create a sphere and change it to another prim type.

Observed results: Changing to cube, cylinder, or prism cause them to be tapered x/y -1. Changing to torus, tube, and ring cause them to have holesize x/y .05 and radius delta -.947. This doesn't always happen but happens enough to be a bug.

Expected results: Object LOD should remain consistent when changing prim type.

Edit: this is back in build 32 but only affects changing to a cube or cylinder.
