I updated the client, and I was able to get into the preview the first time after updating. Now, I cannot get in at all. Oh, I can log in, but then my client immediately crashes. I let the program send a crash report, but wondered if I am the only one.

ah, my alt made it in now. Excellent. She had been crashing too. I did update my video drivers a few days ago (ATI), so I was a bit worried.

We had a few cases of this at the office. What worked for us in each case is:
1) Pull up the Login screen. 2) Click Preferences. 3) Under the Network tab, click Clear Cache. 4) Restart SL and log in as normal.

From: Hevan Lament i have a problem for try the preview i have this message when i try to login Login failed unable to complete transform: 'copy inventory to new database' Can someone help me ? Ty ^^ Hevan, there isn't a better explanation for this--there should be! Why this is happens is because the "snapshot" of the Preview database, including account info, is taken from March 27, 2006. This is before you came to Second Life, so your account isn't in there. So, you can't join this Preview... but you'll be able to enter the next major one! ^^
