Is the preview available to basic account holders? I have downloaded the latest preview, updated my video drivers to the latest, and made double, triple, quadruple sure that I am using the correct UID/pwd (that work fine on the main grid) and still I get 'Login failed'. Frustrating. Guess I'm doing something daft, but what?
