Steps to reproduce the bug:
Go in to mouselook
come out of mouse look
Observed results:
Toolbar is gone
Expected results:
Toolbar should be there

for realz it should be there! i keep bumping into people in preview saying like "omgs where's my toolbar?! is this intentional?!"

As a bonus, the 'bug' will carry over to the main grid too. Score.
You can undo this effect by changing this line in your user_settings\settings.ini file:
ShowToolBar TRUE

I bug reported this Friday Night when we were having our unwilling preview party. Got a reply from Milo yesterday that seemed to indicate it was added as a known issue. Very irritating, I go into mouselook a lot to take my snapshots.
