Steps to reproduce the bug: Set up 3 different prims with "smooth"-parameter texture sliding, rotation, and scaling. Create/delete some flex prims for comparison.
Observed results: Only texture scaling is smooth; the others are jerky (perhaps related to flex prims). Why? Particles are also smooth yet all of these effects are client-side (+ flex prims) yet only texture sliding/rotation are jerky.
Expected results: ALL smooth-parameter texture animation should be smooth.
