I try and login, and I get something like this message:
"due to a server problem, I cannot log in to the requested region. You have been moved to a nearby region."
Then the client crashes.
If I then try and login again I get
"Region has begun the logout process. Please try again in a few minutes."
version: 1.9.1.16
system specs:
HP Pavillion laptop
Nvidia GeForce Fx Go5200
Pentium 4 CPU 3.2 GHz
Any insight would be appreciated.

I would try uninstalling the preview completely, then reinstalling it and try again.
If that fails, I would uninstall both regular and preview completely, then try again.

I get the same error, the normal build works perfectly (despite my bad video card) but the new build constant crashes when I log in
