EZ AO Rez Notecard

Ok, here is my Rez card:

[name]Attack Droid|[rez:1:1:2]|Attack Droid v1.7 CH3

[name]Penguin|[rez:8:0:1]|Heat-seeking penguin
[name]HugRing|[rez:2:0:0.25]|HugRing v1.3
[name]Lemming|[rez:2:0:1]|Lemming
[name]Pixie Familiar|[rez:2:0:1]|Pixie Familiar
[name]Sim Doc|[rez:2:0:2]|Sim Doctor v1.6

Then I rez anything, I get the following error message, then it rezzes the item anyway.

EZ Animator: [REZ:x:y:z] failed. XX is not the name of an object in your EZAD. Please double check the spelling.

I've gone over the card and the spelling of the items many times, so I could be just missing the trees for the forest.

Any ideas?

Here is what it should be:

There should not be a | symbol in between the [rez] tag and the name of the object.
