Rollback of Asset Server? OMG i lost it all

I spent all last weekend testing, buying and loading dance animations to my Huddles. I had a few friends over.. we danced them all.. Great fun! I tested the dance ball.. friends clicked.. that worked great.. Detached it.. Attached it later.. danced some more.. all great.

Tonight i go to wear my HUD and it's back to the original Huddles version i loaded maybe 3 weeks ago with latin dances.. All the versions in my inventory are the same. I just lost the entire weekend's time and about L4K in No Copy dance animations from Sine Wave. I fully expect nobody to be able to restore any of it, no Linden I am sure would care, nobody at Sine Wave needs to refund me.. nothing wrong with the Huddles product it so rocks... Just needed to say something in case.. a bunch of avs are having the same problem in the same time period.. we MIGHT get some support from Lindens and their asset server. But I doubt it. Submit a support ticket with LL. Be persistent with them. They have a utility which they can run which will check for inventory that is still there, but not showing up in your inventory. I talked to a Linden the other night about this problem. It's not guaranteed, but I know of at least one customer who got their HUD back via customer support.

I'm in the same boat, I'm sad to say. Lost all of mine late last night. I have filed a ticket with LL and hopefully they can resolve this matter and find my missing Huddles. I've had it for sometime and have several thousands of Ls tied up in my dances and AOs. PLease, if anyone else has this problem, submit a ticket and lets hound LL for our inventory!!!!!

For anyone who has lost inventory, please get customer support from LL. If you are not a premium member, I strongly suggest you become one. I know of several people who have retrieved lost items since I posted this on my blog:

well i wanna blame something this 5th time over 20k L tied up in buying ao and dances and then replacing them each time lost..... and its when wearing hud and need wear another hud i click where and it takes my huddles place but when go find my huddles its gone thats twice now it happened that way just wearing another hud that took its spot.... and of course with nocopy of animations and dances made entire thing no copy and its gone nowhere in inventory and for the previous 4 losses I have submitted tickets and only thing they tell me do is clear cache wth ....... i love huddles but for 1500 it really costing me way to much money to use since its repeatable for me there bug in huddles or sl has hud replacing bug starting think not worth it anymore as with SL

Use Live Chat help instead of tickets. It's faster and they are more responsive. There are many people who have retrieved their objects once they can get a support person via Live Chat.

Please check out the links to blog posts if you have not already. And for anyone that this has happened to multiple times, go the the jira link and please tell them the specs of your computer and operating system. This seems to be happening to many people multiple times and others not at all.

Please also note that this is happening to all sorts of attachments including other AO huds, Chimeras and other animation attachments. As far as I can tell there is nothing special about it happening to my customer base.
