I purchased my first huddle today. My friend who owns one insisted that I get it and she insisted on this particular brand (HUDDLEZ EZ Animator Basic v.1.0.1). I followed all the instructions, added animations and now after I "wear" it nothing happens when I click on the hud. Absolutely nothing. So most of my animations are now attached to the hud and I don't want to delete the item I bought because then I have $600L down the drain along with my animations. I don't log into these types of forums because I really don't have the patience to scroll through reading responses. Can someone please contact me and walk me through what it is that's going on? I would appreciate it. Just im me..Lynx Baddingham.

First of all, it is very likely that if you don't have the patience to scroll down through replies on the forum then you probably didn't have the patience to read the clear instructions supplied with the product in the first place. Secondly, aside from providing comprehensive instructions with her product, the maker also maintains a support website for users:  Clicking the question mark button at the top of the HUD will take you there and you will undoubtedly find the solution to whatever it was you evidently did wrong. Thirdly, it's a bit rich of you to expect other residents to make house calls when you can't be arsed to even read a forum thread. Fourthly, it is very bad form to whine about wasting your lindens on a product in these forums when you patently can't be bothered to investigate the options and work it out for yourself. |

P.S. I work very hard on my instructions, but they are not perfect. Also there are lots of things that can happen that are more quirks of SL than HUDDLES. That said, it's perfectly fine to post messages here about problems you are having. That's what the forum is here for.

Ok, I've had my Huddle for a few months. I never take it off, but today while I was at work I decided to take it off to reduce my lagg and when I went to put it back on, I tried to open it and nothing happened. I don't know if it was the lagg where I was at, at the time, but I hope someone can help. I really lovemy huddle.
