When i either sit on ground or sit on an object with my Huddles AO I float over the object several meters. I have not been able to find a way to adjust this either in the Huddles or at your help site here or any threads about it. If there is information available on how to adjust these, please steer me to them.

This is most likely an issue with the animation, not the HUDDLE, but please contact Connor Trudeau in world and he will be able to check it out for you.
