My Hud is froze

the hud is froze an it dont let me press anything on the hud.. an it has the same person it say was der since i opened it.. i tried to rez it an everything.. i think i need a new 1.. an i jus bought it!!! an the first time i try use it its froze

Are you in a no-script area?
If so move to an area that has scripts enabled.
If not at least I bumped your thread ;-D

I see you bought the Basic version. The most common reason it might "freeze" shortly after purchase is when you open the hud and click Copy to Inventory or Copy and Wear. These buttons will move all the scripts from your HUD into your inventory. Definitely not what you want to do. Here is a blog post that explains how to fix it:
