Huddles EZ Animator Basic Won't Work...HELP PLZ!

So I just bought this hud because I heard all these great things about it. I loaded it with dances only and it worked for about 10 mins. and then stopped. So I reloaded the dances back into the hud still didn't work. I relogged into SL, it still didn't work. Then I just reloaded the hud with one dance from sine wave, it still didn't work. I gave it 20 minutes to load because I saw in the instructions it said that some animations take time to load. That still didn't work. Also I turned my AO off when I turned on the hud and all my dances work in world and locally. So I'm really at a lost as to what next step to take. So can someone help plz??????????? Thanxs
