Both my partner and I just purchased the HUDDLES EZ Animator Basic v1.0.1 from the Animation Warehouse this afternoon. Within munutes she attempted to rez it on My land and her owned land and both times it failed. Now she reports that it has been lost from her inventory.
I have also attempted to rez the HUD and had it fail and it will not attach(wear), now giving a message that an attachment is pending.
If this is an SL issue then should we just wait to see if it ever works or if she gets the object returned to her inventory? For now two copies of your well respected product are not working at all. We both need a solution or at least assurances you will help replace the HUD if it was lost by the SL inventory system following while folowing your instructions. If My HUD never can be rezzed or worn then It I can only expect My money be returned.
This is strange and this issue must be delt with ASAP.
I would appreciate your help in this matter and your prompt attention to this issue.

I just relogged in and now the HUD is missing from My inventory, i never saw it once... Tjhis is wrong, We should not pay 1200 linden for two products and have them lost immediatly upon rezzing them.. HELP.... Please, and Thank you

This is a Second Life problem. This weekend there has been numerous failures in the Inventory system.
There is a *slight* chance that the Lindens will be able to restore these items tomorrow. Make sure you file a support ticket.

I wish to thank you for your prompt, courtious, and professional response regarding replacing the lost HUDs bought by Mylorea Wind and myself yesturday, I am not sure the grid is fully stable yet for you to replace the (2) HUDDLES EZ Animator Basic v1.0.1 s so I do think giving it another 24 hours would be wise.. .....but......... I could not help but want to tell you that your customer service is the one reason that all the issues with SL and LL here are at all bearable, without sincere and helpful merchants that care about SL and business here I am afraid that many people would stop buying and cancel thier accounts.
I now know why your products were recommended to me by those in the know, and once again I just want to offer my sincere thanks for your help and gracious attention to your customers needs ~s~
