He's trying to say that some bad/strange moderation happened today and I must agree. Whoever bungled the moderation of my thread and the following disciplinary action, I recommend in the future seeking consensus with another resmod before initiating disciplinary action. Sloppy moderation is quite obvious to veteran forum participants and will lead to a loss of confidence in the program. Also, how could a thread with NAMbLA in it ever be mistaken for being serious?  ~Ulrika~

I sent that thread to linden review, with my opinion it was totaly uncool but without a recommendation. Anything that happend was done at the discression of Linden Review.

I'm sorry you got cut, but it's a risk of riding the cutting edge of acceptablity. I stand behind LR's decision.

You have failed to provide a rational reason for reporting the thread, you have not acknowledged your mistake in light of new information, and you have chosen to pass responsibility on to the Lindens. It would have been far more impressive if you had apologized for not realizing my post was a humorous parody directed at a forum friend, that NAMbLA is used as a humorous subject (e.g. the Daily Show), and that in the future you'll make an attempt to seek a greater understanding of posts and relationships before passing along a post with no ARs to the Lindens. With that said, let me say that the qualities you demonstrated, summarized as ignorance, pride, and the avoidance responsibility, are not those of a community leader and thus not those of a resmod. Get it together or retire from your post. ~Ulrika~

Recourse: If Linden Lab takes disciplinary action against you that you believe was unfair or inconsistent, you may appeal the decision. An appeal is an e-mail explaining your situation and why you believe you should not have been disciplined. Appeals must be sent to [email]abuse@secondlife.com[/email], and must follow this appeals procedure, or they will not be considered. You may submit only one appeal per disciplinary action.
If you feel the conduct was so agreegous then I recommend you follow the methods layed out in the Forum Guidelines. Your facts are off; there was an AR & when it was submited to linden review, the same reasons for closing the thread as I underlined in the guidelines were given.
