I just noticed that we have a new resmod on the beat (ironically I can't mention his/her name or this thread would be locked and was wondering when this was done and how the selection occurred considering that the only real thread on the subject has been dead for quite a long time except for sporadic necroposting and seemed to be a dead issue to LL as well.

You mean Millie? You can mention her name, just as we were able to mention Strife's name. She has been a ResMod a long time I believe, just not active. When Strife stepped down, she came back and makes her presence known from time to time.
