To date, no preview has been available for the Linux Client that I am aware of. We tend to wait for the client to roll to the main grid. And since there is no announcement about the 1.10.2 upgrade on the announcement forums.

I suspect it will be a while.

That is what I infer yes. The Announcement forums accounced a full upgrade for Wed.

From: beez Linden
In order to improve the Second Life experience, we plan to upgrade to version 1.10.2 on Wednesday, June 7 2006 (pending final verification of all issues). Second Life will be unavailable from 7am to 12pm PT/SLT. A client software update will be required to use this version.

Release notes will be available on Tuesday, June 6.

Note the outage for the upgrade. This looks like the normal full server and full client upgrade, not a simple bugfix to only the viewer.

And judging by Don Linden's previous claim that the Linux client will have the LLSpatialGroup bug fixed in the next upgrade, I assume this is the one he was refering too. At the same time, I could be reading to much into their words. :)
