I'm running Sabayon 3.3 (32-bit), got everything running good, aiglx is working and all. But now when I try to run SecondLife, it opens a black window with the SL logo and the word "Help" in one corner, and the usual close/minimize buttons in the other. The window is completely blank other than this and nothing else ever happens.

Running sl from terminal it goes up to a line which reads:

INFO: LLSDXMLParser::Impl::parse: XML_STATUS_ERROR parsing:
if (hour < 5)

And stops there. I can't find anything helpful on this error via google or this forum.

My system is a Gateway 4705GX laptop:
AMD64 3200+ processor
ATI Mobility Radeon 9600/9700 Series (64mb dedicated vram)
1.25GB system ram
etc...

maybe some config files got corrupt? It looks like an error when he's parsing some xml file, so could be the reason. Maybe you can try clearing the cache, or even delete/move the .secondlife folder in your home directory? (settings will be lost)?
