Just some feedback, which may interest Tofu for example I installed the new driver from NVidia. It has no REAL effect on the frame rate. Turning on Bump Mapped & Cloth still causes SL Linux to instantly vanish into nothingness As in my signature - Open GL Version is now NVidia 2.1.0, for what it is worth.

From: Angel Sunset Just some feedback, which may interest Tofu for example Turning on Bump Mapped & Cloth still causes SL Linux to instantly vanish into nothingness As in my signature - Open GL Version is now NVidia 2.1.0, for what it is worth. I have a lil improvement in FPs, but thats cause i own a 7900GS 256MB, and this wasnt really supported with the 8xxx line (just G70,71,75 support). I'm not experiancing any Problems with "Bump Mapped & Cloth". all in all this driver isnt great changed from 9626. For any futher Problems with Nvidia Card, that cannot be solved by Linden Lab i prefer to go to NvNews Click meThis is the official unoffical Forum from Nvidia, where technicans from Nvidia are reading and answering as well they are collectiong there the debug logs.
