hi all  i try to made voice running. i use mandriva 2008 with wine-0.9.49-1mdv2008.0 and esound-0.2.38-2mdv2008.0 and kernel 2.6.22.9-laptop-1mdv cpu : core duo T7600 sound : sigmatel 9200 SL work fine with esd and with winecfg, i tell wine to use esd all work fine, i can ear in world other speak, i can see the little white dot, and speak with other but the sound is awful and scrappy. some one know how to made sound better ? (if you need some part of my logs , just tell me) |

If your soundcard is good, your microphone is good, and your drivers are up-to-date, I'm not sure what to tell you.
Are you on wireless?
Have you checked the voice quality in other applications that test voice?
