Running SL on Puppy 4

ive got this up and running still not able to get gstreamer to play videos is there something i need to install or config? gstreamer 0.10.13 is installed plus alot of plugins for it everything else seems to be ok so far.
Ive read the sticky on this issue says get plugin from vendor dont really understand what that means.
sys is gateway mt4321 laptop with 2 gigs of ram video card driver is nvidia-100.14.19-k2.6.21.7.pet
system runs off ram and is 87MB
I did have to install extra xorg files to get this to work but they were in the reposatory.
I have found Gateway is very ugly when it comes to linux
this little distro has been the only one that ive gotten to work with both wireless and sound.
too add to this im fairly new to linux ubuntu has been my main linux program.

talking about ubuntu: https://wiki.ubuntu.com/LaptopTestingTeam/Gateway does not list exactly the gateway mt4321, but for the laptops listed sound works since hardy out of the box, wireless using ndiswrapper. Which ubuntu version are you using?

at that time I tried ubuntu 7.04,7.10,8.04 both with 32 and 64 bit. ive also tried fedrora pclinux suse, and many more. ive got a box full of linux distros now.
As of now Linux Puppy4.0 is working very good for me.
the only bad thing ive run into is the gstreamer playing in SL. Ive download everything from the gstreamer website all the plugins. player and anything that looked like it maybe needed for SL.
now when i try to view a video stream on sl it crashes and ive got to log back in
