Ok, so I didin't log in for a week and a bit, I come back and download the latest client and now parts of my torso and most of my left arm are transparent to me, but not anybody else. It doesn't matter if I havea shirt on or not.

Anybody else seen anything similar?

That sounds a lot like the problem I had a small while ago.

Reinstalling the NVIDIA drivers worked for me. I'm not sure why.

Upgraded your kernel or any Xorg or X11 packages? If that's a yes, you need to reinstall the NVidia drivers.
