Check out the new commercial applications repository at cnr.com.  I just installed it on Ubuntu and installed a bunch of applications from there... it works well.    It also supports Linspire, Fedora,  and SUSE (maybe a couple more flavors, I can't remember).
It's kind of new, but moving to this would simplify installations on different distributions a bit, plus keep the clients updated to the latest versions using a package manager.  They host both free and commercial software, and even have "tip jars" for developers.
