Ok well Ive been using WL and SL on my Ubuntu box for awhile now, and each update was pretty easy.
Download the update, extract into a folder, Go into new SL folder, drop the "secondlife" file onto my taskbar, giving it an icon, and bam! SL works.
But with this new windlight update the file structure seems extremely different. There is now a app_settings Folder and then theres 3 folders and a bunch of .xml files inside of that.
Does anyone have any idea how I would install this? Did I extract it wrong? Does it not require extraction? just a chmod +x and a run?
If someone could respond ASAP it would be much appreciated.
