I've been mucking around with the SL Linux client, mostly happy with it, and lately the terminal I launch it in is getting spammed with the following error:

2008-03-18T01:25:00Z WARNING: LLAudioChannelFMOD::update3DPosition error: An invalid parameter was passed to this function

It doesn't seem to actually be causing a problem in SL, but to see it so often kind of raises an alarm that something isn't right.

Anyone have any ideas on what's causing this?

Just don't run it in a console that either (1) records its output stream to disk or (2) has an unbounded buffer. otherwise it could run your system out of RAM/swap eventually.

Otherwise, it's ok, and seems to be a minor bug.
