I have a server and would like to know if I can put Lands on it and sell land

Yes, e.g. by using http://opensimulator.org/. Though, it would be almost completely disconnected from Agni and the other Linden Lab grids.

You can try to do that, but as others can just also buy/rent a server and run their own Sim(s) (and join with their Regions any grid that allows for it, thereby connnecting it with e.g. their friends' Regions), it might be rather hard to sell.
