Can't get sl to run .. OS Debian with KDE
Where do I get this library and what does it do?

Here is the error message
$/usr/local/games/SecondLife_1_10_5_1/bin/secondlife-bin
/usr/local/games/SecondLife_1_10_5_1/bin/secondlife-bin: error while loading shared libraries: libapr-1.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Thanks

This library comes with the Second Life distribution. It should be in the 'lib' subdirectory and found automatically by the program. (You are running with the 'secondlife' script in the top folder, right?)

Always run Second Life via the "secondlife" script wrapper in the root folder of the archive. Do not run "secondlife-bin" yourself, it will not work.
