I was commenting about having SL bug Vivox to get that Linux binary blob to us... when I had a little jolt of an idea.
MPlayer allows you to implant most any Win32 codec. Why can't we?

using MPlayer's codecs to implement voice? That may be possible, but the codec is only half the battle. What about Vivox's protocols? Would they allow us to reverse-engineer their protocols? I doubt it, but it's worth investigating anyway.

Who said about reverse-engineering the protocol? Use the Vivox blob to do it.
