Hi,

Sometimes, once a day the First Look client suddenly crashes, without sending an error-report. The last time fortunately a stack dump was created, no other log, though.

The stack dump:
0: ELF(do_elfio_glibc_backtrace()+0x200) [0x9714a70]
1: ELF(viewer_crash_callback()+0x15f) [0x971b48f]

I was doing nothing special, just sit at a site (oke, I was camping ...) and suddenly the client crashed before my eyes.

My config:
Suse 10.2 x86-64 (with 32-bit libs)
Core 2 E6400
2Gb ram
nvidia 7600GT 256Mb (with prop.drivers from nvidia)

Thanks for looking into this,
Marcoh

I'm also getting a crash in the first look.

This is on a new AMD Athlon 64 X2 "Brisbane" 65nm core CPU, and a NVidia Geforce 7600GS. The mobo may not be the best one here.

Hi guys,

What kind of computer's you both using? Such as MB of RAM. I take it this might just be a crash of your second life window?

See my post for the config.

The SL window just disappeared and the log-file mentioned nothing really...
