Hi Anthony,

It looks as if opengl is not properly set for system. Have you tried installing the ati-drivers or nvidia drivers depending on your card and then updating your xorg.conf appropriately and/or setting the correct opengl version if you are as in my case using gentoo?

Maybe indicate what distro you are running as each one has differences in what one must do to get this operating properly. Also you can try reading various help posts on the forum, they may also help you out.

Using Ubuntu's most recent release.
I haven't worked with the xorg.conf but I have installed the nvidia drivers.

Oh good, hope that worked for you then. I noticed that ubuntu has a nice forum helping users to get their nvidia video card set up. Anyhow, hope you get it all working. :)
