In world video with Linux client

I've searched and found cursory posts about in world video not working on the linux client. I know there are external player workarounds. Any word on when this feature might be available to linux users? Any info would be helpful.

but Tofu Linden, the main Linux client developer, has teased us a little bit about that:

So I think it's fairly safe to say it is being worked on, but count on it being the last thing to be implemented before the client finally goes beta. So just be a little patient, Tofu hasn't let us down yet!
