Hello,
I've downloaded and installed the Linux client and, while trying to IM one of my friends, I discovered that dead keys are not being recognised, which makes it impossible to enter accented characters - not to mention any other characters that are not on the keyboard. This is especially annoying if I want to talk to someone in any language, such as Spanish, that makes extensive use of accented characters. Just tried the Windows client (I have a dual-boot with FC5 and WXP), and it does not have this problem at all.
Is there something I can do about this?
Thanks in advance,
-Fibo

-Fibo File a bug about it, so the Lindens know and can forward it to Icculus.
