Drake Bacon here using my alt Drake Winger. I need some Gentoo geeks to help me work out this SL Linux CD. If you're willing to help, more likely take it over since I no longer have time for it, let me know.

What are the tasks to do?

Will 'gentoo user' be sufficient, too? I never wrote my own ebuilds or alike (yet) and have no but end user experience with live CDs.

More of a developer. No ebuild writing experience needed. I'm following a LiveCD guide on their forums... and I'm kinda stuck.

That one. It doesn't use Catalyst and seeminly boots OK in Qemu, but not on bare hardware. I'm not sure why, and half tempted to build a new kernel.

Building a new kernel is something I might be able to help with. Did that some times already using both, the genkernel and the non-genkernel approach.
