Bug- Crash on setting chages

Trying to turn on the few graphic settings that I have access to crash the client aniscopic filtering is one of the ones that I know dose it for certain. same for local lighting.
I have to say I have a 20FPS gain from windows but then alot of the options are turned off and down. So a very good start,
