I just saw the announcement that 1.9.1 will be rolled out on May 10th. How long will it be before we see a Linux build? I've heard rumors that the lead developer isn't working on the port any more, so I'm betting not any time soon.

The Linux client is now part of the main build, so unless thay have had to do any OS specific things in the next release, we should have 1.9.1 at the same time as the Windows and MacOS ports.

Wow... If that's true, then I will be the happiest camper in Campertown. I'm kinda sceptical tho... What about Hardware Lighting? Flexible Prims should be done in OpenGL, so that shouldn't be an issue... *hopes that this is true...*

Since Ryan's dropping the America's Army client for Linux and Mac work, that should free up time for Second Life.
