After installing the new release 1.18.4.1 there are some essential files missing. So the client doesn't start.

After installing the new release 1.18.4.1 there are some essential files missing. So the client doesn't start. I concur with the thought that there is a problem with downloading the file. I tried about 5 times via the browser, then threw the download link out to a wget to watch what was going on. The bandwidth was choked off after about 2 mins, like down to zero, then would go in brief spurts after that of around 1K/s instead of the 600K/s it started with for me. Eventually, wget reset the connection and it very quickly grabbed the remainder of the file. In all, what should have been a 2 min download took about 15 mins.
