Hello,
I have this issue /111/d7/242807/1.html#post1902058 Now it only happens under Fedora 8 64 bit, there is a huge performance difference from running the system with 3Gb of RAM (good) to 4Gb (bad). Is anyone experimenting the same? regards, Ruben |

Nope, it has nothing to do with the agp, the system uses the Intel GMA X3100 over agp. without agp you dont have graphics at all.

What are fasttimers and frame time telling you? These can be found on the advance->consoles menu of 1.19.1 or the old Client/Server Debug menus of 1.19.0 and previous. Short cuts are ctrl+shift+2 for frame and ctrl+shift+9 for fast timers.
If you can, try to get one of these consoles open when the viewer is still ok (first few seconds) and try to note what section takes all the additional time up. If your frame rate is that low one section will be dominating. M2 |
