Hey Linux Community!
I was just looking at the download page on secondlife.com and realized, that the Linux Alpha Client is now available directly on that page instead of being hidden on some alpha download website! Great thing! This looks like LL considers the Client being part of the active development effort  Hope this is as good news as I imagine it to be Cheers! _____________________

Preview?

There's been a very long preview phase for the Windows client to what now will be 1.10, which supposedly is going to be released "any day now". Are Linux users going to be shut out when 1.10 goes live? Is there going to be a Linux 1.10 preview release any time soon?

im a little worried. SL linux is ported by the same guy as linux Americas army game. -- and linux america's army just got dropped.

Hopefully we should get an updated client at the same time as Windows and MacOS (next Wednesday comming I hope). Although I must admit, I am a little disappointed that there is no Linux preview client
