Linux-specific changes:
* File upload/download dialogs (windowed mode only) +more
* URLs now launch in an external web browser
* ESD is now the default audio device where available
* Fix numeric keypad handling
* Fix hang when detecting corrupt cache

It doesn't send them when I crash by turning on Bumped Mapped & Cloth. Such a pity! I had hoped, I could send some Debug Info this way.

Crash reports don't really get generated yet. Automated crash reports will start going to the right place when I've finished ensuring that they contain enough relevant information on Linux to be genuinely useful.
