Question,
Has anyone else had the client exit saying it must be 32bit? I am just getting started for the first time because there is a linux client.
If it has to be 32bit I will need to track down new drivers for my install of xorg as my card wasn't listed so I fudged it abit.

Jac Linux uses 24 bit color but the frame buffer has to be 32 bit for alpha channels. Sometimes it gets set up with a 24 bit frame buffer, check that before you look to hard for drivers. If that doesn't help post with your card maker and specs, distro you are using and the error you get.

I can't remember what the card is off the top of my head, it was what was in the server when I got it. Distro is Mandriva 2006, 1g ram, twin CPU IBM server. It is the frame buffer if I remember correctly that it is complaining about. Jac
