Messed up shirts even after patch

I was having the clothing/skin problems described here and applied the patch. I'm not having those problems anymore, EXCEPT that the several different outfits I tried on while having those problems, are still messed up, the problem seems to be transparent areas drawing as black.

The dark solid black areas on arms/shoulder/chest are supposed to all be showing skin. Is there an easy way to fix this? Or did everything I tried on before applying the patch get messed up?

I also get this sometimes. Usually, going into the Appearance editor suddenly makes them draw right.... until I leave the Appearance editor again.

ooooo! the way to fix it, is go to the appearence editor, make some little change to the outfit, click save, change back whatever you changed, click save again. voila, it's fixed.
