I just filed VWR-6921 here: http://jira.secondlife.com/browse/VWR-6921

In short, Voice doesn't use the audio data no matter what I do. Only thing I can do is copy the libraries from 1.19.0 over to 1.19.1 and use my .openalrc trick.

Any ideas?
