Just wanted to post on a positive note. The latest RC releases have been rock solid for me on both my Ubuntu 8.04 systems. They both have ATI cards. One is a FireGL and the other is a Mobility Radeon. Nice work Linux team!

It's a good idea to give positive reports sometimes. I think it can be useful too.
I run SL on an Intel dual core, 3GB RAM and an nvidia 8500 GT 512MB with Debian testing (unstable nvidia drivers) and all RC I tested until now worked fine, exept the voice but I don't need it. The only crashes I have from time to time occurs when there's a server reset... It's a very good work. One of those that prove Linux can replace windows without problem.
