I'm not sure how to describe this but very recently avatars and objects have been emitting colored shapes, trapazoids or cones, usually blue or red that continually float up and off of the object or avatar. If an avatar goes past there is a trail of colors, usually blue, that follow it. Is anyone else experiencing this?

Sounds like you've turned on one of the debugging options called "Show Updates". I think it's somewhere in the Client menu hierarchy, but I don't remember exactly where at the moment (I'm not on an SL-capable computer).

That was it. Thanks! Now all I have to do is remember when did I turn that on!?

when did I turn that on!? Perhaps you hit the associated key-combo by accident? There was some discussion about (re)moving them or deactivating them when the debug menu is hidden on SLDev: https://lists.secondlife.com/pipermail/sldev/2007-August/thread.html#3934 |

                        That could explain it. Thanks.
