I just downloaded 1.19.0.0 to try out on my Ubuntu 7.10 lappy. Things seem to rez OK briefly, then most of the textures, including ME, turns to all black.

I went back to 1_18_6_77495 and now it is doing it THERE too!!!!!!!
Ugh. Not good.

I had a few textures going black in 1.18.5.3 yesterday, when the asset server was on the fritz (maybe it still is). Try clearing your cache, and hope the asset server doesn't get more problems today.

Have you switched to using dual monitors, or perhaps was using them but moved SL over to the secondary monitor?... if so, move SL back to the primary monitor... if not, ignore this message.
