secondlife for me crashes every 15 minutes or so

Okay I am a second life addict

My problem is while streaming audio works fine, second life itself crashes every 15 minutes, streaming media plays on..

BBC iplayer struggles at times, but normal web seems okay

I am on 32bit intrepid

i have used all viewers i have found and the problem is the same...all the official viewers, cool, imprudence, hippo, kirsten, meerkat and my personal fave omvviewer.

My internet connection is not brilliant, even thinking of putting windows 7 on just to get my isp to solve any network connections

SPECIFICATIONS: My Computer is a Asus Pundit P1-AH1, using opengeu 8.10
Socket 939 barebones chassis, 2 x DDR RAM sockets, Asus A8N8L motherboard, Nvidia Nforce 4 chipset, GeForce 6150 integrated graphics, 3.5in internal drive bay, 5.25in internal drive bay, 2 x PCI slots, CompactFlash slot, SD/MMC/Memory Stick slot, 4 x USB 2, FireWire, miniFireWire, Gigabit Ethernet, serial, parallel, 7.1 high-definition audio, digital S/PDIF out, DVI, D-SUB, Dimensions: 90 x 356 x 285mm (WDH)

Next time it crashes on you, please post a copy of your log, which you can find at ~/.secondlife/logs/SecondLife.log.

Perhaps the easiest way to do that is to just open a terminal, and type:
gedit ~/.secondlife/logs/SecondLife.log
then copy/paste the contents into your reply here.
