Ok now I have ran the last three versions of the beta client on a 64 bit distro of suse and none of them work, its like the second life server realizes its 64 bit and wont allow me to continue...

Every time I tp, crash. No groups 9 times out of 10. If i leave a region by flying, crash. So whats the deal. There has got to be a way other than what the SL devs in thier all knowledgeable ness have listed because thier workthroughs dont work.

OPENSUSE 10.3 64
Yes I have the 32 Bit Compatibility rpms dl'd and installed.

All i can say is if you do a native 64 bit built it runs very well.

Out of interest, what does the ~/.secondlife/logs/Secondlife.log say after the crash, does it provide a backtrace at all. It seems that you are triggering a bug that is not seen in native 32 or 64 bit mode only compatibility, so more info and logs would be worth wile.

Im running suse 64, i added the compatibility crap to see if that would fix the problems
the joke is on rare occasions i have no sound trouble, no tp trouble and no changing region trouble, but 9 times out of 10 i do.
