FC6 Works well with SL Linux Alpha

Besides rebake not using, this is pretty darned stable for an Alpha.

I'm running it on a Toshiba Satellite Mx35-149. I've never bothered to figure out which graphic card it has.

I have a GB of ram in this thing and that probably helps a lot.

A few crashes, but I find if I don't overload the client with nutty clicking it stays with me.

I've recently stopped using Windows. In spite of having an OEM copy of Windows that is legal Windows was giving me trouble about being genuine and every second boot sound didn't work.

Guess what. Linux and SL works better than paying Uncle Bill.

Maybe I'm not fair to talk to, I do Linux for a living.

Well Lindens, You'll be hearing from me. I can't wait for you to go prod on this release.

Another good experience with Fedora and Second Life

I'm running Fedora 5 and using SL with no problems.

I hope they have the new Linux client available as soon as they release the new Grid with 1.13.2.
