My ISP, which is also my cable company, died yesterday and hasn't restored service as of this post. Insane? Yes. So I completely missed Karen Linden's presentation and I'm slated to miss the followup 6pm EST meeting today. ARGH!!!! I'll try to get on ASAP, but needless to say, I'm booting the ISP and getting fiber optics installed.
