My home in perdu is nasty with shops and gaudy things, how can we request it be zoned?

People buy land so they can do what they like with it, like it or not that is the face of things when you buy land on the mainland, clubs, ads and chaos.
If you MUST live on the mainland look into buying a newer chunk of land along with other people you know. perhaps you can corner the majority of a sim with your friends
The only other option is to buy Island land, which is almost ALWAYS zoned.
If you want to live on a private island/estate be careful that you read the covenent that spells out the rules and make sure that you talk to people about the estate owner so that you dont get burned by a dispeputable island owner ( which I have yet to meet by the way )
and yes i may rent and sell Island land but I am full on my islands and always have been with next to no advertising so this isnt a sales thing, LOL
