Holiday Decorations

Hey Yas! I was wondering if any other City Slicker out there would want to help or suggest some decorating to the HUB. According to Sal the only time the HUB is decorated is for the anniversary. I was thinking some snow, maybe some frosted trees...ummm...any suggestions?

What about getting everyone who hangs out there to give an ornament and have a community tree?

Neat idea Osprey! Would give them a chance to use their "no return" scripts hahaha.

no return scripts might be a bad idea.

If you make them trans/mod/copyable they can edit them and hand them back to you to hang.

A tree would be lovely.

I agree Zip. A tree would be nice and yes...handing them off to one of us to hang is the best idea I guess what I meant on the no return scipts...I wouldn't put it past some to just put thier own up.
Your little Train Zip would be NEAT and I lOVE the snow drifts you have...maybe to the side of the street? Close and low enough to still sit on the wall.
I have currently putting up some Autumn trees and thinking of a dinner table for now on the Sistiana side. Gives us more time to think of other things as we get closer to Christmas. My head is full of ideas but I don't know if those things are capeable or not...like a slip and slide ICE...something interactive. Anyway...keep those ideas coming!

I have a frosted tree in my inventory similar to the one I have in my parcel (http://slurl.com/secondlife/Miramare/173/122/27) but bigger. So we can place it at the hub if you want, I can give to the person who's most encharged of the hud, it's transfer but no copy ( a pity because a place full of these frosted trees would look awesome).
By the way, count with me if you need help for build, decorate or anything.

OH Christina! HEY Hi yas! THANK you for joinin in. You are more than welcome to help and place anything. The Tree sounds GREAT! But I am trying to figure on where to put it when it is time. So far the best open space there is is the grass on the Sistiana side. It's where I put the Thanksgiving set up. It seems to be the best sopr right now. There are other things that can be done...Light posts along the street with a festive item..candy cane, Candle...kinda think when you drive down your local city street...how it is displayed. Anyway...Help yourself to try something and ask for opinions here. Anyone want to comment on my Thanksgiving Table? I know it's an American thing. But it was all i could think of for now.

I have set up a Thanksgiving scene. Not much since we're are all not American...Simple and I will take it on Friday....

wow. Thanks SAL! that was QUICK!...ok...Sal has removed the brush by the wading pool. Now that it is open I see this is the best place for a tree. Anyone have a different idea? Please let me know! I am open to suggestions.
Also...maybe we can each put under the tree a gift that gives...haha idk...just something that would be cool for people to have. I made a bift box that will give the very first thing I made...my waterfall. Simple stuff ya know? Just an idea...toss it around in yr head..hehe

They are free to copy so please help yourself. I just looked in my account and noticed that most popular thing people are copying is the hobo outhouse at the skate rink. The penguin is a close second. hehehe...fun to see people are actually having fun.

Thanks Lisa. It was fun freaking folks out as they watched the ground turn to snow and they had no clue how it was happening!

Just wanted to give kudos for the nice holiday display. I own a cafe in Sistiana and can see the Hub from the Cafe. The lovely decorations prompted me to add a bit of holiday cheer to my building as well. Thank you for your efforts - well done!
